Day 1: Arrival at Katra (50 km / Approx. 2-hour drive)
Upon arriving at Jammu railway station, you’ll be greeted by our Offbeat representative and driven to Katra. Nestled at the base of the Trikuta Mountains in the Himalayas, Katra is one of the most revered cities in Jammu and Kashmir, known as the gateway for devotees visiting the sacred Mata Vaishno Devi shrine, a significant pilgrimage site in Hinduism. Katra attracts pilgrims year-round who come to pay homage. Upon reaching Katra, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the afternoon, embark on the uphill journey toward the revered Vaishno Devi shrine (approx. 4-5 hours of walking, covering 12 km). Upon reaching the shrine's entrance, you’ll join the queue for a darshan (viewing) of Mata Vaishno Devi. After darshan, you may rest overnight at the Bhavan's accommodation.

Day 2: Vaishno Devi - Katra (Return trek) - Jammu (50 km / Approx. 2-hour drive)
Early in the morning, begin your return walk to Katra. After reaching Katra, check in at a hotel to refresh before checking out at noon. You’ll then be driven back to Jammu for your onward journey. This concludes our services. Safe travels!
