Day 01: Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi airport, you'll be warmly greeted by one of Offbeat expert assistants. We'll head to the hotel for check-in, giving you a chance to relax and prepare for the exciting journey of the Rural Rajasthan Tour ahead.

Day 02: Delhi to Udaipur
On Day 2, we fly from Delhi to Udaipur to begin exploring the city of lakes. Udaipur's scenic beauty, with its serene lakes and majestic palaces, offers a perfect start to the tour. The sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola, surrounded by the lush Aravali mountains, is a magical experience. From the boat, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the luxurious palaces situated in the middle of the lake.

Day 03: Udaipur to Dungarpur (2 hours)
In the morning, we’ll visit Udaipur's historical City Palace, renowned for its exquisite marble, granite, mirror-work, and murals. Later, we’ll drive to Dungarpur, where you'll experience the unique culture of the Bhil and Meena tribal villages. After check-in at the Udai Bilas Palace, we’ll explore Juna Mahal, with its intricate frescoes and mirror inlays, and take a walk through the charming lanes of the town.

Day 04: Arthuna Excursion (2 hours one way)
Today, we'll journey to the village of Arthuna, meeting members of the Rabari and Bhil tribes and learning how to tie a traditional turban. We’ll also explore the renowned Arthuna temples, famous for their historic significance, and the magnificent Dev Somnath temple, a marvel constructed entirely from stone without using lime or sand.

Day 05: Dungarpur to Ranakpur (4 hours)
After breakfast, we’ll head to Ranakpur. In the afternoon, we’ll visit local villages of the Bhils, Rabaris, Gadulia Lohars, and Garacias tribes, each with its own unique customs and traditions. The highlight is the remarkable Ranakpur Jain temples, famous for their exquisite architecture and intricate carvings.

Day 06: Ranakpur to Barmer (8 hours)
Today, we travel to the Thar Desert and the town of Barmer. After lunch, we'll visit the Kiradu Temples, often called the "Khajuraho of Rajasthan," known for their striking sculptures and artistry. The Someshvara temple, the grandest of the group, stands as a testament to Barmer’s rich heritage.

Day 07: Barmer Ethnic Villages Excursion
Today, we explore Barmer’s local villages, renowned for their handicrafts, traditional art forms, and folk music. You'll witness the creative skills of artisans and hear the Mangniyar Community perform folk music, giving you a true glimpse of rural Rajasthan's vibrant culture.

Day 08: Barmer to Luni (4 hours)
This morning, we travel to Luni and visit the villages of the Bishnoi community, known for their devotion to environmental conservation. Bishnois have a long history of sacrifice for the environment, following 29 rules set by their spiritual leader, Guru Jambeshwar.

Day 09: Luni to Bijaipur (6 hours)
Today, we head to Bijaipur, home to the Meena tribes. Bijaipur offers beautiful natural surroundings and unique experiences like yoga, bird-watching, and horse safaris. We’ll stay at Castle Bijaipur, a heritage hotel that provides a perfect blend of comfort and tradition.

Day 10: Bijaipur to Kota (3 hours)
After a restful night in Bijaipur, we’ll drive to Kota. Here, you’ll meet the Gurjar tribe, known for their hospitality and cattle-herding lifestyle. You’ll observe traditional activities, such as milking, and learn about their unique customs.

Day 11: Shahabad Excursion (3 hours one way)
Today, we travel to Shahabad to explore the Sahariya tribe's rich culture, known for tales of honor and sacrifice. In the evening, we return to Kota, enriched by our experiences with Rajasthan’s traditional communities.

Day 12: Kota to Bundi (1 hour)
We leave for Bundi, where we’ll visit Bundi Fort, famous for its architectural beauty and intricate murals. Afterward, a stroll through Bundi’s vibrant market offers a closer look at local life, and there’s also a chance for shopping.

Day 13: Bundi to Pachewar (3 hours)
After a hearty Rajasthani breakfast, we drive to Pachewar, known for its skilled artisans. We’ll visit local craftspeople who specialize in blue pottery, carpets, and tie-and-dye techniques, gaining insight into traditional rural artistry.

Day 14: Pachewar to Shekhawati (5 hours)
Today, we travel to Nawalgarh in Shekhawati, famous for its ancient havelis. Our first stop is the Poddar Haveli, a beautifully preserved museum showcasing intricate artwork. Later, we’ll explore nearby villages to see more of Shekhawati’s cultural heritage and stay at the Vivaana Culture hotel in Churi Ajitgarh.

Day 15: Shekhawati to Delhi (5 hours)On the final day, we’ll visit more ancient havelis and nearby villages in the morning. Afterward, we return to Delhi for departure, concluding the memorable Rural Rajasthan Tour. We look forward to exploring more of India with you on future adventures.
