The trek takes about 3 hours, with the first 2 hours involving a pleasant walk through lush landscapes. We reach Chauki Bhanjyang, a small settlement where we pause for lunch. Continuing our journey, we traverse stunning mid-hill villages and terraced farmlands, gradually making our way to Nagarkot.
Nagarkot
Nagarkot is arguably the most popular hill station around the Kathmandu Valley, famed for its unparalleled views of the majestic Himalayas, deep valleys, and lush pine forests. The hilltop offers breathtaking sunrise and sunset views, and we make sure not to miss the sunset today. Afterward, we'll head to our lodge for a delightful dinner and a restful night's sleep.
Day 3: Nagarkot to Dhulikhel
Rise before dawn to witness a magical sunrise over the Himalayas—an experience that draws thousands to Nagarkot each year. After enjoying the golden hues of the sun illuminating the snow-capped peaks, we'll have breakfast and start our 6-hour trek to Dhulikhel.
