Day 1: Arrive in Delhi
We will arrange your pick-up either from Indira Gandhi International Airport or your pre-booked accommodation. Meeting and assistance on arrival at the airport, our representative will welcome you and escort you by a private chauffeur-driven car to your hotel.
Delhi, the capital city of the Federal Republic of India, is one of India's fastest-growing cities. It sprawls over the West Bank of the Yamuna River, blending a historic past with a vibrant present. Delhi boasts some of the finest museums in the country. New Delhi, proclaimed the capital by British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, is tree-lined and spacious. Legend has it that the Pandavas of the epic Mahabharata originally founded Delhi, then called Indraprastha, around 1200 B.C. Present-day Delhi is built around the ruins of seven ancient cities.

Day 2: In Delhi
Morning combined city tour of North & South Delhi. In Old Delhi, visit the majestic Red Fort, Jama Masjid (the largest mosque in India), Rajghat (memorial of Mahatma Gandhi), and enjoy a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk's bustling market. In New Delhi, visit Rashtrapati Bhawan (one-time imperial residence of the British viceroys), India Gate (a memorial for Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war), and the Laxmi Narayan Temple (built by the Birlas).

Day 3: Delhi to Jaipur (265 km, 5 hrs)
After breakfast, depart for Jaipur by surface. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Jaipur, widely known as the 'Pink City,' was color-washed pink to welcome Prince Albert in 1883 A.D. Founded in 1727 A.D by Jai Singh II, Jaipur is surrounded by hills and crowned by formidable forts and majestic palaces. It is the only city in the world subdivided into nine rectangular sectors, symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe. Afternoon activities include turban tying experiences, saree tying for ladies, and astrologist and palmist activities in Jaipur (only for group bookings).

Day 4: In Jaipur
After breakfast, explore the Pink City with an excursion to Amber Fort, enjoying a Jeep Ride to and from the fort. In the afternoon, visit City Palace, Central Museum, Jantar Mantar (the largest of five observatories built by Sawai Jai Singh), and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Afternoon free for shopping in Jaipur's famous markets for textiles, gems, carpets, and handicrafts.

Day 5: Jaipur to Agra (230 km, 4.5 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Agra. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Agra is famous for the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Agra is also known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone, carpets, gold thread embroidery, and leather shoes. In the afternoon, visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

Day 6: Agra to Jhansi – Orchha – Khajuraho (by Shatabdi Express Train 0800/1024 hrs & surface)
After breakfast, transfer to the railway station to board the train for Jhansi. On arrival, drive to Khajuraho, with a visit to Orchha en route. Orchha, situated on the banks of the river Betwa, has notable sites including Jehangir Mahal, Chaturbhuj Temple, Laxminarayan Temple, and Chhatris (Cenotaphs). Continue to Khajuraho, check-in at the hotel. Khajuraho is famous for its splendid, intricately carved temples built during the Chandela dynasty.

Day 7: Khajuraho (overnight train to Varanasi in A/C Sleeper Coach)
In the morning, visit the Western Group of temples in Khajuraho, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. These temples, built between 950 and 1050, are renowned for their erotic carvings, possibly linked to magical and shamanic rituals. The Western Group includes temples such as Chaunsath Yogini, Lakshmana, Vishvanath, and Kandariya Mahadeo. The Eastern Group consists of Jain and Hindu temples. In the evening, transfer to Khajuraho railway station for an overnight train to Varanasi.

Day 8: Arrive in Varanasi
Morning arrival at Varanasi railway station, meet and assist by our representative, and transfer to the hotel. Varanasi, situated along the west bank of the Ganges, is a significant pilgrimage center for Hindus. In the afternoon, visit Sarnath (closed on Fridays), where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. Visit the Stupa and Archaeological Museum.

Day 9: In Varanasi
Early morning boat ride on the Ghats of Varanasi, witnessing thousands of worshippers. Later, explore Varanasi, one of the oldest living cities and an important Hindu pilgrimage center. Start with an early morning boat ride on the Ganges,then continue with a city tour.

Day 10: Varanasi - Depart
We will arrange your drop-off at Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport, Varanasi, or your own accommodation. Transfer to Varanasi domestic airport for your connecting flight to your onward destination.
