Day 1: Arrive in Delhi

Day 2: In Delhi
Morning combined city tour of North & South Delhi. Day 3: Delhi to Jaipur (265 km, 5 hrs)
After breakfast, depart for Jaipur by surface. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Jaipur, widely known as the 'Pink City,' was color-washed pink to welcome Prince Albert in 1883 A.D. Founded in 1727 A.D by Jai Singh II, Jaipur is surrounded by hills and crowned by formidable forts and majestic palaces. It is the only city in the world subdivided into nine rectangular sectors, symbolizing the nine divisions of the universe. After breakfast, explore the Pink City with an excursion to Amber Fort, enjoying a Jeep Ride to and from the fort. Afternoon free for shopping in Jaipur's famous markets for textiles, gems, carpets, and handicrafts.

Day 5: Jaipur to Agra (230 km, 4.5 hrs)
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Agra. On arrival, transfer to the hotel. Agra is famous for the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Agra is also known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone, carpets, gold thread embroidery, and leather shoes. In the afternoon, visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.

Day 6: Agra to Jhansi – Orchha – Khajuraho (by Shatabdi Express Train 0800/1024 hrs & surface)
After breakfast, transfer to the railway station to board the train for Jhansi. On arrival, drive to Khajuraho, with a visit to Orchha en route. Orchha, situated on the banks of the river Betwa, has notable sites including Jehangir Mahal, Chaturbhuj Temple, Laxminarayan Temple, and Chhatris (Cenotaphs). Continue to Khajuraho, check-in at the hotel. Khajuraho is famous for its splendid, intricately carved temples built during the Chandela dynasty.

Day 7: Khajuraho (overnight train to Varanasi in A/C Sleeper Coach)
In the morning, visit the Western Group of temples in Khajuraho, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. These temples, built between 950 and 1050, are renowned for their erotic carvings, possibly linked to magical and shamanic rituals. The Western Group includes temples such as Chaunsath Yogini, Lakshmana, Vishvanath, and Kandariya Mahadeo. The Eastern Group consists of Jain and Hindu temples. In the evening, transfer to Khajuraho railway station for an overnight train to Varanasi.
